By renting a car from Life Star Car Rental, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you (“the Renter”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. General Requirements

• The Renter must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

• For car rentals, the Renter must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

2. Rental Period

• Rentals are charged based on the agreed-upon time period.

• Late returns will be subject to additional charges.

3. Use of Equipment

• The Renter agrees to use the rented equipment responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Reckless or negligent behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.

4. Safety

• The Renter agrees to follow all safety guidelines provided by Life Star Car Rental, including the mandatory use of safety equipment such as seat belts.

• Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Optional insurance packages are available for purchase.

• The Renter is responsible for any damage to the rented equipment not covered by insurance.

• We are not responsible for personal injuries or damage to personal property.

6. Cancellation and Weather Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by rental type and must be referred to at the time of booking.

• In the event of severe weather affecting rentals, we may reschedule or refund the booking.

7. Privacy

• Life Star Car Rental will collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

• Any disputes arising from this rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Minnesota courts.

9. Acknowledgment

• By proceeding with the rental, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
